The problem

This one is really lead generation, not a brochure site. Don was paying a lot of money to outside companies to generate leads, and then paying a premium on top of that to make the leads exclusive to him. The cost-per-lead was high, the quality was inconsistent, and he had no control over how leads were qualified before they reached him.

He needed his own funnel: lead acquisition, qualification, and follow-up that he owned end to end.

What we built

We reverse-engineered the lead-generation system Don was paying for and built him an in-house version he is in complete control of.

The website is built to be organically found by Google, Bing, and other search engines, and to show up in the AI search engines. It is secure end to end (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, SSL, headers) so deliverability and trust signals stay clean. That alone is more than most brokers' sites.

On top of organic, we used our agentic AI specialty in Google Ads campaigns and pay-per-click strategy to design and run an ad funnel for this site specifically. Campaign structure, keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing are all running on the agentic AI layer, not by hand.

This is a premium build with all the bells and whistles. The site has a back-end database that doubles as a lead manager. Don can take notes on each lead, mark whether it has been followed up or closed, and the system sends him an instant email alert any time a form is submitted, so he can act while the lead is still warm.

Result

Don owns his lead pipeline. The funnel produces exclusive leads at a fraction of what he was paying outside vendors, organic visibility is real (Google, Bing, and AI search), the ad spend is optimized continuously by agentic AI rather than by a quarterly account-manager review, and the back-end manager makes sure no inbound lead falls through. End-to-end ownership instead of paying a premium for somebody else's funnel.
